Do you make fully customized and branded product packaging?

Yes, we produce fully customizable product packaging, primarily focusing on custom printed boxes for a variety of retail and wholesale businesses.

Do you make packaging boxes without printing?

Yes. We can provide stock product packaging boxes that fit your unique dimensions and have no custom designs or graphics.

What styles of custom boxes and packaging do you offer?

We offer a wide range of packaging and box styles, including folding boxes, mailing boxes, corrugated boxes, rigid boxes and more, all with fully customizable options to meet your specific needs.

Are your custom printed boxes eco-friendly and environmentally friendly?

Being an environmentally friendly packaging supplier is a priority for us. We are happy to offer 100% eco-friendly boxes! We mainly use Kraft and Linen paper, covering a wide range of textured papers to choose from.

Do you produce customized child-resistant packaging?

Yes, Trupacked Packaging produces custom childproof packaging boxes upon request.

Can I order multiple variations of artwork with the same size and specifications?

Yes! We often find that combining several variations of artwork into a single production will save time and costs.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum orders start at 100 boxes.

Can you send me samples before placing my first order?

Absolutely. If you would like to see a general sample kit from several of our past customers to touch and feel the quality of our products, just ask your customer service representative!

If you prefer us to produce custom samples to your specifications before full execution, we can do that too; However, this requires a sample fee.

How will I know what my box will look like before I place my order? Will I receive a proof before printing?

With Trupacked Packaging you will never be left in the dark about your order. Before printing your boxes, we will create and share 2D and 3D models of your boxes based on the graphics provided. This means you'll be able to see every aspect of your project, from every angle, before moving into production. If you need design changes after reviewing your models, our team of graphic and structural designers provide design support at no additional cost to all customers.

When will I receive my order? What is the typical response time per project?

Our response time varies based on your unique specifications. But our standard completion time is 8-10 working days after the final version of your custom box design is approved. Our aim is to meet the indicated delivery times as accurately as possible. However, all times are estimates, so actual delivery may vary slightly. Meanwhile, producing and shipping rigid or bulk boxes usually takes longer. We'll give you details about this right from the start. For urgent projects, we strongly recommend that you discuss rush production or expedited shipping with your customer service representative.

How can I place my order? What happens after I place the order?

You can contact us via our website's live chat or call us to discuss the details of your order. Once your project specifications have been received and verified, a member of our customer service team will contact you with a free quote. As you review the quote details together, you can ask the customer service representative questions about artwork, models and more. Once the project details and price have been agreed, we will send you an invoice to confirm your order.

After receiving the invoice, we produce templates so you can preview the boxes for mass production. The templates will be based on the design you sent us. As mentioned, our graphic designers can also help you develop your box design from scratch. Trupacked Packaging can then create a sample of the agreed design.

Production will only go into full swing after inspecting the models and approving them. Once we reach the necessary quantity, we will ship them to you to meet the indicated delivery date.

What type of printing do you offer? Can you provide lamination, spot UV and printing/embossing?

We mainly provide CMYK offset printing and can also use PMS spot colors. We often offer additional printing capabilities upon request. We also offer lamination, spot UV and embossing/embossing, which can increase the unit price of your order depending on your specific needs.

With Trupacked Packaging you will never have to pay additional shipping costs! We offer free shipping to all customers.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Florida and have numerous manufacturing facilities around the world. Each customer's order is processed at one of our facilities, and the location depends on our logistics team's estimate of each facility's current production and shipping demand, to ensure that all orders meet our quality assurance and lead times. scheduled delivery.

Where do you ship? Do you ship orders outside the United States?

We mainly ship orders with custom boxes to the United States; However, we frequently ship to customers worldwide. We offer free shipping to all customers, regardless of their location worldwide.

How will my order be sent to me?

Your custom packing boxes will be shipped flat and will require little assembly upon delivery. Some box designs, such as rigid boxes, may need to be shipped fully assembled. Our quality assurance department carefully inspects all products before shipping to ensure that each order arrives in excellent condition.

Do you offer rush production and expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer rush production and expedited shipping upon request, which may be associated with additional costs. Please contact us to request further details in case your project is urgent.

Can I ship my order between multiple locations?

Yes! If you need to split your order's shipping address across multiple locations, we will be happy to assist you at no additional cost.

Artwork & Design:

How to weigh a box?

As you go through the custom box ordering process, you will need to provide us with the dimensions of your box. Company standard dimensions are listed as Length x Width x Height (L x W x H). These parts almost always refer to the inside of the box. Please be sure to calculate your measurements to the nearest tenth of an inch.

Can you design my custom box?

Of course! Our in-house graphic designers are ready to listen to your packaging and marketing goals. They can help you decide on the right design, print and finish for a box that will keep your products safe. This service is 100% free as part of our ongoing commitment to quality.

What standards should I follow in my artwork?

Here are some key points to remember when using text and line art in your illustrations:

  • Make sure the text is at least 8 pts. A small font may look good on your screen, but it may not print well.
  • Try to keep the text in bright colors with one or two inks at most (C, M, Y, or K).
  • Image registration on each panel may vary by 1/8 inch.
  • Include at least a 0.25 inch bleed in areas where the drawing extends horizontally.
  • When printing solid or dark lines, they should not be thinner than 1 point.
  • Make sure all characters are enclosed or separated.
  • Save your design using the "Adobe PDF/X-1a" preset, if possible.
What kind of arrangement do you accept for printing?

Graphics and text fit into vector PDF or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files to ensure lines and text are as clear as possible. Please avoid using cut lines or cropping, make sure to flatten all the gaps and add all layers before saving your file.

How do I know if my artwork meets your specifications to be published?

Our creative team will review your custom artwork to correct any technical issues that may occur, such as incorrect artwork resolution, fading, splitting, thin lines and bleeding. If any errors are found, we will bring these to you as soon as possible. Please note that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, and does not provide subjective feedback on design content unless requested in writing.

How do I add my artwork to the die line?

Please inquire to ask your customer service if you need support by applying your service and able, because we provide support for all customers.

Can I print artwork on the inside and outside of the box?

Yes! We usually print two-sided boxes that include your artwork inside and outside the custom box. We are able to print on the outside (1 side) and the inside of the box (2 sides). We can print on one side of the box and on both sides of the box. Double-sided printing may incur additional charges, so discuss any options for this type of printing when speaking with your customer representative.

Do you pay for the number of colors I use in my artwork?

Never - we provide color printing free of charge. Please ask your customer representative how to do this if you are interested.

Can you print my box with a glossy or matte finish?

Yes. We offer glossy or matte finishes at no additional cost. Please ask your customer representative how to do this if you are interested.

Can you add an entry for my box?

Precisely: we produce cardboard, corrugated cardboard and foam inserts for your customized packaging. We do not supply plastic inserts at this time. Please ask your customer service representative how to proceed with inserts for your order.

How do I get funding for my project? How long does it take to get a claim?

Are you paying for a large order? How can I reduce the cost of my membership?

Yes, you can get money for big orders! The price increases when you install a large system. This means that the more boxes you order, the lower your unit cost will be. The cost of each box will depend on its dimensions or size, the material chosen, the type, the type of print and the number of prints or covers that will be included in each box. Custom packaging offers the most competitive pricing when it comes to custom printed boxes. Have you found a better price elsewhere? Tell us and we'll work to get you a better price.

Is there sales tax on my order?

If the packaging is used as part of your product and a sales license is issued, you will not be charged sales tax.

Do you offer refunds?

We strive for perfection every time and hope you enjoy the custom packaging we offer. Since our business is based solely on custom orders, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once printed and delivered. If you have received damaged or defective items for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible - we will be happy to work together on this to find a solution.

Are there hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees with Refine Packaging. All quotes given include all aspects of production and shipping.

Are there any installation fees?

There is no installation fee. There are no processing fees for any order from Refine Packaging.
